Joe Jimenez brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, municipal law, and public sector leadership. As former Assistant City Manager for Miami Beach, he oversaw parking, planning, and code departments managing 20,000+ spaces. With a background in both public and private parking operations, Joe founded The Curb to deliver smarter, client-focused parking management solutions.

Saul Frances is a veteran parking industry executive with over 33 years of experience transforming municipal parking operations.
From his early days as a cashier at the Miami Parking Authority to two decades as Parking Director for the City of Miami Beach, Saul has led major initiatives including the development of new municipal garages, the launch of one of the nation’s first license plate–enabled mobile payment systems, and the modernization of parking services through data-driven innovation.
